Takabazi Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using

1General Terms & Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Takabazi platform and all its services. Accessing the Takabazi website, downloading the app, or using any of its services constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms.

Takabazi is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform, operated in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using Takabazi's services.

2Account Registration & Accuracy of Information

To register with Takabazi, you must provide accurate and complete information. Submitting false or incorrect details during registration is a serious breach of these Terms.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to you personally.
• To update your account information after registration, please contact customer support. Attempting to change sensitive details on your own may result in account suspension.
• Never share your account password or login credentials with anyone. Report any unauthorized access to your account to support immediately.
• As part of the KYC process, Takabazi may request a copy of your national ID or passport.

3Age Verification & Adult User Policy

Takabazi is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Takabazi may request proof of age documentation at any time if there is cause for suspicion. Failure to provide the required documents will result in withdrawals being placed on hold until verification is complete.

4Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on Takabazi are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Payments through third parties are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the funds will be returned and the account will be investigated.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, Takabazi reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and request additional verification.
• Takabazi is not liable for delays caused by banking system issues.
• To recover deposited funds, the standard withdrawal channel must be used. Takabazi does not support direct chargeback requests.

5Bonus, Promotion & Voucher Terms

Each bonus and promotion on Takabazi has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. Accepting a bonus means you agree to those specific terms.

• A wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 15x to 30x).
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as withdrawing after playing at minimal risk following a bonus claim — the bonus will be cancelled.
• Expired voucher codes cannot be used. There is no option to redeem a code once it has passed its expiry date.
• Winnings from free spins are also subject to wagering requirements.
• Takabazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6Gaming Rules & Software Use

All games on Takabazi are powered by software from licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are regularly audited by third-party auditors.

• The use of automation software, bots, or scripts during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings or losses resulting from a technical error in a game may be considered void.
• If a software bug causes an abnormal payout in any game, Takabazi reserves the right to correct or void the winnings.
• Game rules are governed by the provider's terms. In the event of any dispute, the game log will be considered the final record.

7Prohibited Activities & Misconduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity and security of the Takabazi platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Opening or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Money laundering or introducing funds from illegal sources into the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in any game or system.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through collusion with other members.
• Disrespectful behavior toward customer support staff or employees.
• Unauthorized use of Takabazi's brand or logo.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Takabazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If registration is completed using false information.
• If suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• If you submit a request to close your own account.

You may close your account at any time — simply let support know. The account will be closed once all outstanding balances have been settled.

9Limitation of Liability

Takabazi is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to issues with your internet connection or device.
• Due to delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• If any loss arises from sharing your account login credentials with another person.
• Due to service unavailability during scheduled technical maintenance.

Takabazi makes every effort to maintain 99% uptime. However, brief interruptions may occur for routine maintenance, and members will be notified in advance.

10Privacy & Data Protection

11Responsible Gaming Policy

Takabazi believes gaming should be for entertainment. To protect our members, we provide several tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

12Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

Takabazi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via email or platform notification at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, you may close your account.

For any dispute, please contact support first. Takabazi will endeavor to resolve the matter within 48 hours. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled through arbitration.
